You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

You own the posts, replies, images, and links you share. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display that content within the app so other users can see it. Posts and replies are public by default, and you can delete your own content at any time.

You're solely responsible for what you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

You agree not to use the app to:

• Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Post malware, spam, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the app's systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the app outside of what it's designed for.

If you see content that breaks these Terms, you can report it using the in-app report feature. We may review, remove, or restrict access to content or accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

Posts may include links, files, or GitHub repository data shared by users or fetched from GitHub's public API. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party websites, repositories, or content linked from posts. Visiting external links is at your own risk.

The GitHunt name, logo, and app design belong to us. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the app normally.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the app entirely, at our discretion.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or from content posted by other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
